Como comentei para vocês no post sobre o European Wine Bloggers Conference (aqui), haverá uma série de palestras em torno do tema “Storytelling” ou “narrativa”. Todos os convidados palestrantes falarão do tema dentro de sua especialidade. Um deles, Paolo Casalis, é um cineasta que fez um filme lindíssimo da rotina de produtores do Piemonte onde lutam safra pós safra para manter a identidade de seus produtos, mantendo pequenas produções que privilegiam os sabores de suas terras, as tradições de seus ancestrais e tudo aquilo que representa a verdade para eles. Vale a pena assistir. Está em italiano com legendas em inglês.

Piemonte and the battle of the small producers.

As I commented on the post about the European Wine Bloggers Conference, there will be a number of talks on the theme “Storytelling” . All the guest speakers will be talking on the theme within their specialty. One of them, Paolo Casalis, is a filmmaker that made a beautiful film about the routine of producers from Piedmont who have to fight harvest upon harvest to maintain the identity of their products, maintaining small productions that privilege the flavors of their land, the traditions of their ancestors and everything that represents truth to them. The video is worth watching. It is in Italian with English subtitles.
